Periodic assessment is carried out at the certification body of metal and railway products

The Specialists of the Department of accreditation of the certification bodies of products, services and personnel of the” accreditation center of Uzbekistan " are conducting a regular periodic assessment on the basis of the requirements of their DSt ISO/IEC 17065:2015 standard at the metal and rail products certification body operating in Tashkent.
The main purpose of the assessment is to determine the compliance of the activities of the certification body with the established requirements, assess its competence and impartiality, and ensure the reliability and effectiveness of certification processes.
Within the framework of the periodic assessment, the organizational structure of the certification body, available resources, professional qualifications and competence of employees, mechanisms for preventing conflicts of interest and ensuring impartiality are studied.
Particular attention is also paid to compliance with the standard requirements of certification schemes and procedures, objectivity, consistency and repeatability of the decision-making process based on the results of the conformity assessment.
In addition, the mechanisms for ensuring the confidentiality of customer-related information, management of documented information, consideration of complaints and appeals, as well as the results of internal audits are being analyzed. The effectiveness of corrective measures carried out by the management to analyze the results of activities and eliminate identified inconsistencies is also one of the important directions of the assessment process.
