When certifying manufactured and imported products for conformity with the requirements of standards, the Certification Body (CB) applies Certification Schemes No. 3, No. 4, and No. 7 in accordance with the Regulations on the Procedure for Certification of Products for Conformity with the Requirements of Standards.
The following certification schemes are applied by the Certification Body (CB):

This scheme also provides for surveillance inspections at the manufacturing facility, including testing product samples collected from the manufacturer.

Certification Scheme No. 4 is applied to the certification of manufactured products and involves testing the products in an Accredited Testing Laboratory (ATL) to verify mandatory parameters, as well as inspecting the production facilities. Under this scheme, surveillance inspections are carried out by testing product samples collected both from the market (from consumers) and from the manufacturing facility.

Certification Scheme No. 7 is applied to the certification of a batch of products and involves product testing.

3.1.2. Recognition in the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out in accordance with Resolution No. 292 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 14, 2015. 3.1.3. The requirements against which the client's products are evaluated are established in the relevant normative documents (hereinafter referred to as ND) specified in the Certification Body's scope of accreditation.

If the applicant fails to provide the required normative document (ND) or technical safety specifications for imported products, certification of such products shall be carried out on the basis of documentation for similar types of products or a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion, with identification of the products.

Certification of products for which no normative document (ND) exists and which are not subject to a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion, as well as in cases where no accredited testing laboratory is available or the quantity of products is insufficient to conduct testing for conformity with ND requirements, shall be carried out through product identification.

Mandatory certification is carried out to verify compliance with the mandatory requirements of normative documents. In addition to normative documents (ND) applicable to specific products, mandatory certification involves the use of safety standards, testing method standards, legislative acts, technical regulations, and other officially published normative documents.

In voluntary certification, the applicant, together with the Certification Body, determines the list of characteristics of the products to be certified, including mandatory parameters, as well as the methods for determining them.
